We are pleased to offer FREE Domestic Shipping within USA, Canada, UK, Australia and mainland Europe. We also Ship to New Zealand from Australia
We do also offer Expedited Shipping in USA, Canada, UK and mainland Europe for extra. Prices shown at checkout for this option. Please note these may not be available for the area you live in (i.e Alaska) and our system will often not report that. So if you need it in a hurry and you live in an area where express postage isn't available then please email service@needtounplug.com and check before ordering.
Standard U.S. mainland delivery on Adventure Bags are typically are delivered in 3-5 days. Expedited orders are typically delivered within 2 days.
UK, German and Canadian and mainland Europe orders typically take 3-5 days.
Australian orders take approx 5-7 Business days due to use of camels with arthritis (that's a joke about the Australian Postal service) We can arrange Express if need be but you need to email or text the customer service line first to arrange.
New Zealand - Orders take 5-10 Business days as posted from Australia (camels + boat + Sheepdog)
We will make every effort to process your order promptly. Average order processing time is between 1-2 business days when placed by 12pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received.
USA Only Sales: Apart from our Adventure Bag range, All other products are currently only available in the U.S. We are in the process of getting other products into Europe and Australia so please bear with us while we do that. For updates please join our mailing list.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to us including the costs.
