Shipping and returns

We are pleased to offer FREE Domestic Shipping within USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and mainland Europe.

We do also offer Expedited Shipping in USA, UK, Canada and mainland Europe for extra. Prices shown at checkout for this option. 

Standard U.S. mainland delivery on Adventure Bags are typically are delivered in 3-5 days. Expedited orders are typically delivered within 2 days. 

U.S. Shipping on other items as well as Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and European orders for Adventure Bags take approx 5-10 business days to arrive.

We will make every effort to process your order promptly. Average order processing time is between 1-2 business days when placed by 12pm EST. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. An email notification with tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships. 

USA Only Sales: Apart from our Adventure Bag range, All other products are currently only available in the U.S. We are in the process of getting other products into Europe and Australia so please bear with us while we do that. For updates please join our mailing list.

Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item to us including the costs.
